Very poor service this year. After first treatment my lawn was having brown spots appear. Called and same tech came out and didn’t even get down to inspect my lawn just told me it was winter mold. I said no that I knew what winter mold was and advised that the lawn may be so thick as feels like a dense carpet. Well then took a pencil out and yep to thick Suggested spring aeration and I did that. Since then it has been getting worse.
