Me and my husband applied to live here and we were asked if we would like to pay to hold the apartment until we found out if we were accepted or Not and we said yes because we have a child and another on the way and we needed a home for our children so we paid $275 and everyday the would keep a certain amount of money for holding the apartment so they said within 5 days we should know if we were accepted or not and no one called us 2 more days pass and no one calls us so I call and no answer I’ve been calling for a week I ca... read more
RecommendedThis is a comfortable and safe place to live. The manager, Marcus, is the best. He is always on top of things. Once I told him two washers were broken in the back building laundry room and he got on the phone with the company that fixes them right away. They were fixed two days later. I love that it is pet friendly here. It is also a safe place for your kids!
Lived here for 2yrs and I have been pretty lucky with my experience, the old managers were very kind and understanding I can say that I am pretty happy about the recent change in management, work orders are addressed almost immediately, all the staff are professional and friendly. The updated units are also a step up. I appreciate all the work they all do! A big thanks to all of you!😊👍👍
It was Called Imperial Apts, when I lived there.. I Iived in Apt. 16. in 1980. It was furnished. and a Great place to live. I realize things have changed. But I seen your site and had to comment. Thank you..
