I can't say enough about how GREAT the Lansing location is. My teen daughter was in crisis. She had seen counselors before but she needed something more than basic. She needed out of the box thinking and creativity. They accommodated my request to talk to the therapist first. Ashley was and continues to be amazing. She talked with me for an hour before their first session. When times got really tough and I couldn't afford the weekly copays, they continued sessions and were so friendly and compassionate.
