Nice apartments my auntie apartment is very nice.
The most negligent managers I have ever seen. They are never in office and never answer their phones. They stick around long enough to shove notes in my door threatening me about renewing my lease but never can be contacted. This place is garbage and so is the management.
The most negligent managers I have ever seen. They are never in office and never answer their phones. They stick around long enough to shove notes in my door threatening me about renewing my lease but never can be contacted. This place is garbage and so is the management.
The apartment itself is nice, but most of the people that live there don't have any respect for their neighbors (or themselves tbh), The maintenance people can't be bothered to fix anything without multiple complaints or work orderers, & They can't keep a property manager for more than a few months. The only pluses are it's location & price.
