I am less than pleased with SFFP in regard to the office staff. Nobody ever answers the phone and when they do, they are rude and unprofessional. I tried calling every day last week trying to get a response to an inquiry and make an appointment, left messages, no call back! really? Today I finally got a hold of someone and as expected, an attitude! Love the Doctor, but the office staff is very rude and inconsiderate. A few years ago, they had a great front office staff and they were all a pleasure to deal with, but they all left and the new staff is very rude and unprofessional.
