Disgusting behaviour from the male staff today (Friday 20/6/25), if you're having a bad day don't take it out on my pregnant wife, if she wanted a lecture she would have gone to lecture hall, don't lecture people about business when they're trying to ask for an arrangement of flowers. i visited last week as i had an engagement to attend to, i thought the shop looked nice but to my disappointment, it was not…very nice. not by the looks, but the customer service. i was being served by khadija, i got her name by another employee, she was very disrespectful and was getting cocky when i asked about the flowers i wanted. Absolutely no artistic designs with the flowers put together. Nothing catches the eye. Just tasteless and overpriced. I don’t mind paying when it’s actually decent looking. Similar to the flowers at Woolworths. Prices likely high as volume of customers isn’t there.

I visited this flower shop yesterday, and I was beyond impressed with the service! The staff, especially the gentleman who assisted me, was incredibly helpful and attentive. He went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I needed. The flowers were fresh, beautifully arranged, and reasonably priced. Excellent service all around—I highly recommend this shop!

These guys saved me on Mothers day last week! Even though I hadn't ordered ahead they still helped me get together a beautiful bouquet of lilies for a great price. Now it's 4 days later and they smell and look incredible. Thank you to the staff for helping me, my mum loved them!
