Very disappointed with this flower shop. My husband bought lilies on 4 August, but the buds never opened and started falling off before they could bloom. I contacted the shop to request a refund, but they have ignored my messages and haven’t replied at all. Poor-quality flowers and very poor customer service. I would not recommend this shop.

I had a very disappointing experience at this florist. I came in looking for flowers for my brother’s graduation and politely asked for a specific arrangement. Instead of helping me find something suitable, I was told that I was being “too picky” and that I should simply accept what was being offered. As a paying customer, I believe I should be able to choose the flowers I want, especially when I am spending my own money for a special occasion.
