If I could give a 0 I would. When another lady posted her horrible experience, I commented under with my similar experience only to have the owner, or one of the workers, start to abuse me back. Just spoke to an older lady that sounded like she should not be at work today. She definitely shouldn’t be answering the phone. I purchased a bunch of eucalyptus leaves a few weeks ago in store. Today she said they don’t have any and don’t sell any. The phone call conversation sounded like I wanted to come inside her house to eat her food. Very disappointed with this flower shop. My husband bought lilies on 4 August, but the buds never opened and started falling off before they could bloom. I contacted the shop to request a refund, but they have ignored my messages and haven’t replied at all. Poor-quality flowers and very poor customer service. I would not recommend this shop.
