The entire team here ranging from the receptionists to the medical assistants to the doctors are incredible. Dr. Dovey and Dr. Reddy and their teams were fabulous. The office is modern, clean, easy to access (attached parking lot) and the quality of medical care is equally excellent. The app made it so easy to access instructions, navigate medication orders, and communicate with your care team. Impossible to book with. They use an app called "Salve" that doesn't work on Android. No way to use them without an iPhone. Literally what?
We are writing to document our dissatisfaction with our current experience at Spring Fertility. My wife is already on hormonal suppression, and for over a week we have been delayed because Spring requires an EKG and stress test, yet refuses to place the requisition themselves, insisting that her primary care physician do so.
