This clinic has really wowed me! I’ve received such great care here after having a not-so-great experience at my previous clinic where I felt like just another customer and means of making money. Spring has been a breath of fresh air. They have excellent service here, but I have to say I feel like I was a little misled about my fertility results. I was tested for a follicle count and did a blood test for AMH, but I was on birth control and it was not the third day of my period. I didn’t know these things were important until I saw an OB/GYN who retested my AMH off of birth control and on the third day of my cycle and guess what - it more than doubled. This is an incredibly accomplished and very caring team of fertility specialists!
We came to Spring Fertility after a not-so great experience with our previous clinic where we felt like we were tracking down our provider and critical information. We felt like we didn't matter. Spring could not have been a more opposite experience for us. The providers, nurses, medical assistants, care coordinators and front office are all incredibly warm, caring and take time to ensure you as the patient feel safe, seen and supported.
