My experience with Spring Family Clinic has been a complete nightmare. Have tests done, fast forward three weeks and no call. You will call then and be told they will not communicate tests results via phone and that you will have to make another appointment. You will yell at any number of their incompetent staff, be transferred to numerous random departments, hung up on if they even answer. this will go on for several weeks before the doctor or nurse gets on the phone.
