Made an appointment. I went there for the set time and two things. 1.) The lady was super disrespectful about my appointment only to tell me I didn't have one and 2.) She didn't even bother to help find it as I had receipts for the appointment. Worst customer service I've ever experienced
Do NOT go over here if you can avoid it! I ignored the other reviews I read and went anyway because it was open on a Saturday but trust me the manager, Vanessa, who works at the front and assists with buying the eye glasses is extremely unprofessional and rude. Take your business elsewhere where they have better customer service.

I cancelled my appointment today. I'm a new customer and found this place as covered under my insurance and it is convenient to my home. I don't know the doctor and never been to the location. This is why I am putting a 3-star. No, my negative experience is with the appointment-making software I had to endure. I made my appointment online literally one week ago.
