Loved Dr. Wallace. Very knowledgeable, patient and very pleasant to talk to.
I genuinely wish I could give the doctor here 5 stars, because he was wonderful — thorough, kind, and actually listened to my concerns. Unfortunately, you have to get through his staff to see him, and that experience was nothing short of miserable. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel like an inconvenience. No greeting, no eye contact, just a dismissive wave toward a clipboard. I was referred to Dr Wallace by someone. The Dr is very pleasant but the office staff lies. They lost my glasses and gave me 3 versions of the story. Since then I've never went back.

Dr. Wallace is GREAT, there is no eye doctor I trust more with my eyes than Dr. Wallace! However, the front staff is horrible!! unfriendly, always makes it seem like it's a bother when you ask them questions..makes for quite an unpleasant experience. Such a shame because I can speak Dr. Wallace's praises over and over but please hire some more friendlier people!
