Dr. Wallace is GREAT, there is no eye doctor I trust more with my eyes than Dr. Wallace! However, the front staff is horrible!! unfriendly, always makes it seem like it's a bother when you ask them questions..makes for quite an unpleasant experience. Such a shame because I can speak Dr. Wallace's praises over and over but please hire some more friendlier people!

Absolutely the worst customer service from every single person at this place. No communication, no information whatsoever. They are super argumentative and they refuse any kind of accountability. They would rather argue you down then listen and understand the issue at hand. You also have to call back to back to even get in contact with anyone there. It has been such a headache since the moment we stepped into this place. Avoid the headache.
Save yourself the headache and do not go here! Came in for a routine eye exam. Doctor was more than 20 minutes late (as in not even in the building). Then on top of that, he gave me the wrong eye exam. Then instead of taking responsibility for his actions and performing the correct exam. He chose to blame me. Needless to say. I called my insurance and have reported the behavior as unprofessional.
