Terrible experience. The "doctor" issued the wrong prescription. I asked for a refund and instead of a refund he took the LIBERTY and ordered a 2nd set of lenses that failed. Met with an ophthalmologist to find he never addressed my cataracts. Received new prescription that works. I then terminated Wallace for his failure in taking care of my eye care. Did he take the honorable action and reimburse me? Absolutely NOT.
I have been wearing glasses/contacts all my life, but this time I got a wrong (higher rx) on one eye even though I insisted to the doc that the lens I had used before worked just fine, but he said “let’s just match both eyes” even though they been different my whole life. So, after receiving it, It didn’t work…It had given me severe headache and I reached out to them and went to them for a new lens and it was not an easy process. Front desk workers have attitude and very disheartening. I will not go back. The doctor is absolutely fabulous but the front staff is horrible. I self-checked myself on each interaction with them. I thought it was me … no ma’am no sir —-they are simply horrible and the doctor is going to suffer (by not receiving business).
Read their Yelp reviews. They delete honest reviews on Google. If you value high quality care, you will avoid this place. Plenty of other eye doctors with over 4 stars in the area. Their office manager enjoys downplaying your concerns and yelling at patients on the phone.
First time there, the doctor was great. But the staff different story one lady in particular, I went twice to get my glasses adjusted. She didn't get it right neither time, she was not friendly what so ever, she made feel like I was a bother. No thank you no I apologize Didn't say a word. Will not be going back, thanks to her
