I was a client at Spring EOP from about April 2024 to about July 2025. I had three separate therapists and attended one group. I wish I could say it was a good experience but it wasn't. It was emotionally painful, psychologically distressing, and ultimately very confusing. The individuals I dealt with didn't seem to know what they were doing, at least when it came to me and my treatment. I've only met with Courtney twice at this point. She is being incredibly professional with me, despite me truly throwing out random guesses while attempting to discern (and ignore the dissonance) of what reality truly is. I love that the therapists in the EOP tell it like it is. I am hopeful that Courtney will continue to present challenges to me - to show me how to grow into the kind of emotional adult that we all deserve to be!
