This review is strictly based on my wait time. It has now been almost 2 hours since my appointment and I’m still waiting to see the doctor. That is absolutely unacceptable. When I mentioned it to the nurse she gave a very generic answer that the doctors only work such and such days so they have far too many patients. I wanted to say, well stop scheduling them but it would mean nothing. This is also my first time at this doctor so we’ll see what happens with that.
DO NOT GO HERE! **WILL MAKE U SIGN LIABILITY FORM AND WILL BILL YOU EVEN IF YOU HAVE MEDICAL!! * (THEY USE A OUTDATED SYSTEM AND SAY U HAVE A OLD CARD) - i have medical . I created this appointment a few months ago through a referral from my primary. When i got there Dr. COLBY's receptionist took my name, ID & insurance card . WILL NOT RUN YOUR MEDICAL AND SAY YOU HAVE A OLD CARD AND MAKE YOU SIGN A LIABILITY FORM SO THEY CAN BILL YOU AND NOT MEDICAL !
