First of all, I want to give them NO stars but it's not an option. I read all of the reviews and went anyway because it was convenient. I wish I would have trusted the reviews because it was every bit as awful as most of them said. The girl at the front desk had no personality, the nurse was short, and relatively rude. Its unfortunate to see such negative comments about this practice. I have been a patient for quit some time (5 + years). I have seen the office go throught many different office staff. The current nurse is wonderful. I can't say enough good things about her. She practical runs the office working the front as a the receptionist and nurse with the doctor. I have been a patient for over 5 years and had to change doctors because of they not being in the plan. Although I went to my new doctor and sign a medical records release and they faxed to Spring Cypress Family Practice. They would not release my records unless I paid $30. Paying for their medical services over the past years am I not entiled to my records. Not according to them unless they are paid for them. Stay away as service is not at the top of their list as advertised.
