This dude is rude as hell, I called to see if he could help me repair my sofa Mike had the most awful "I can't" attitude, I tried to explain my situation I kept getting talked over. I looked past it because he sounded very knowledgeable. Basically it came down to I have to bring it in so he can take a look at it, next week, no problem. Mike took the time to explain in detail how he will repair the sofa. It sounded if he really knows his business. We ended up not getting the sofa repaired. I really appreciated his honesty.
Take awhile to get back. Don't be in a hurry. But all upholstery shops in Fairfield are that way. He does get the job done.
