This is a horrible place. My daughter was in need of some help and the therapist Sammie asks me if I'm just needing somewhere to dump my daughter off to. I was horrified at the advice she offered and the amount of unprofessionalism I encountered while I was there. They wasted my time from looking at other services that would help and they wouldn't let us leave until we received the safety plan paperwork, but then eventually let us go without giving us the paperwork. They were absolutely terrible and of no help!
They were the best people ever. They helped me threw everything, but the most thing abt them is they make you feel like your at home, they play games with you, they check up on you, they have the craziest talks, they do anything and everything to make you feel like ur self, and I just want to send a big huge thank you to them…. I love you idk what I would do without yall…
One of the worst experiences of my life.
Absolutely exceptional staff. I received the healing and care I needed to stabilize me. The food is good and the counseling is phenomenal. I learned about boundaries during the best group counseling session of my life. I enjoyed doing chalk art outdoors while a guest of the facility. The psychiatrist listened to me and made me feel heard.
