They made things far less stressful than I had imagined it would be and were quick to help me in making a product change when something just wasn't quite right for my needs. Had the pleasure of dealing with Rachael and she got me turned around. I was having a lot of issues with trying to find the right CPAC mask. Rachael was able to hit a home run for me and now have me on the right track. Spring Creek is great to work with. Very customer orientated.
I was a bit nervous when coming to the realization of having to where a CPAP for as long as who knows. And my Rep made me feel at ease. She was patient and kind and made sure that I was comfortable with trying on the suitable mask for me without feeling claustrophobic. The staff was great and they will be seeing my great face every month as planed for supplies. Thanks Spring Creek!!
The staff is very professional and everything done in a timely manner. So glad we made the switch for CPAP supplies.
I must say the the Staff both Medical and Clinical are very professional in their duties at Spring Creek Medical Supplies.they both have went out of their ways to see that I had the right supplies and paper work needed to start and continue my treatment using a Cpac machine
