I have been a patient of Dr. Kanagaratnam’s for 6 years now and she has been such a great practitioner. I went through a very rough period when I first became her patient and she was very attentive to the concerns I had. It took several visits to get to a place where I could restore some balance in my health and Dr. K. had so much patience with me on that journey. I’ve had a frustrating experience with this clinic for several times . They rarely answer their phone, even when you have an urgent reason to call, like letting them know you’ll be a few minutes late. They also don’t respond to text messages, despite asking patients to text for prescription refills instead of calling. Better communication would make a big difference.
