I walked into this walk-in clinic today because my family doctor is in Vaughan, and I was trying to find a clinic closer to me in Brampton. When I arrived, there was no one else there, and a woman who I believe was the receptionist l asked if I was a patient. I said no, and she responded that they don’t accept walk-in patients, which I completely understand. My mother goes to see Doctor Bipasha Banerjee. I haven't seen here yet but I got an appointment quickly! My mom has seen her since our family doctor retired! So I am super excited to meet her and build a relationship! My mom loves her so far!
Used to love this place as it has my family doctor, now it’s annoying and unprofessional. I’ll book an appointment that works with my schedule weeks in advance and they will change it (without asking if it works for me) and I can’t make it to the appointment. Considering my appointment is quite important I find this very stupid, the lack communication. Trying to get ahold of their phone will always leave you on hold, and when you get a call from them it’s under “no caller id” so you can’t call back. I’m disappointed.
