I switched over when my Dr moved over to spring creek/ridge view medical center. She was there not even 1/2 year before she decided to leave. That was in 2023 and I have not had a regular family doctor assigned to me since or when they will have one or if they will be finding more doctors no communication whatsoever except for one front end person Carrie who would at least let me know no news on new doctors so far. Phones don’t seem to get answered we leave several messages. Nobody ever gets back to us.I can’t say since the clinic moved from Ridgeview to here the service has been not great and is disappointing
Don’t waste your time! Receptionist has appalling communication skills and a total lack of empathy. I tried booking multiple times, incorrect opening hours displayed on Google as they were closed when I went down to “create a record” (as advised days earlier over the phone by their staff), so I could make a booking. I went the next day and was told I could not make a booking in advance. Really unprofessional clinic.
