This venue thinks it's okay to keep money that doesn't belong to them. My wedding was cancelled due to COVID-19 (not my fault, and not theirs either, I get it). But they are now refusing to refund me in my full amount paid to the venue for our event. I did NOT ask to cancel, I was forced. And now this venue made $500 off of me for absolutely NOTHING.

RecommendedIf you are looking around Yakima County for a wedding venue, choose Spring Creek!!! We looked at multiple different venues and ended up at this specific location and it was such a blessing!! Not only are the grounds up kept beautifully, but the family who owns this company are all as sweet as can be. Their event manager (Logan) is a big reason we ended up loving this venue so much. This place is so beautiful and breath taking! I looked at every venue in town and the second I saw this one I was sold! Staff is amazing to work with and very friendly! I'd highly recommend this venue site to anyone!
