Use caution in selecting this rest home! – I placed my mother in Spring Creek after she left St.Mark's Hospital, and have nothing but disappointment about the experience. There was no formal admission process, and the place is run by the CNA staff. In the two months my mother was in their care, I saw a nurse come into her room less than 5 times-I visited her daily because I was concerned about the lack of care, I had observed.
