From what we saw of it seemed pretty cool and friendly. Staff forgot to give us some stuff we paid for but gave it to us when we came back a few minutes later. I like that they allow pets and have a wide selection with reasonable prices.
We had the best time picking out our tree and cutting it, lots of things for the kids to do, great gift shop, lots of folks around to help with anything we needed
We have been going here for years. Great place!
