We are a rental community of 35 homes on a private dead end drive one mile south of I-90 on the Pullman-Colfax highway (highway 195). We are a bit of country only a six minute drive from downtown. Each beautiful home has full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, range, and microwave as well as ceiling fans in the front room and master bedroom. We pay water, sewer and garbage.
