I am writing this review so others can be aware and not spend days cleaning when they will not even meet with you to discuss cleaning deposit. We have more pictures and the apartment is totally cleaned out to the exact way it looked when she moved in. The carpet should have been replaced along with several other issues. It had a bad smell and dark residue along the walls. She asked but no results.
