Living at Spring Creek has been a dream. The units are beautiful, modern and light. The grounds are impeccable. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. It's peaceful and fun (pool and playground!) and it's an overall great place to live.
We've lived here for about three weeks, and it's been great! The playground and hot tub are great for our kids (the pool is closed for the winter). The gym is simple but effective (a few bikes, ellipticals, and treadmills, and dumbbells and cable machines). The landscaping is amazing. Although it isn't gated, it feels very closed and secured because there are only a few entrance points, such that we feel safe. The neighborhood is great and very safe. The staff has also been super friendly in helping us get settled.
Rent is very reasonable for the area and the community is quiet. Property is well maintained and I enjoy the landscaping around the complex. Maintenance requests are always handled promptly and there is on site security.
Spring Creek apartments are a wonderful place to live! We’ve been here for two years and have not one complaint! The property is beautiful, staff is attentive and the apartments are updated. There is a security guard on-site at night at all times, a locked room for your packages and plenty of amenities. If any issues were to arise it would get solved in no time. We are so happy to call this place home, truly love it here.
