I chose Spring Creek when I first moved to Boise from out of state, and it's been a great place to acclimate to my new surroundings. The price is excellent for being so close to downtown, and the maintenance folks do a great job of keeping the apartments in top shape. I'm pretty happy here.
I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The community is quiet, clean, and well-maintained, and the management team is always friendly and responsive whenever I have questions or need assistance. My fiancé and I love Spring Creek! We have been here for almost two years in June and it’s been a great experience living here. It’s so quiet and peaceful, and management/maintenance have been responsive and kind every time we’ve contacted them. Our apartment quickly felt like home to us. We love how close of a walk we are to the Greenbelt, Winco, East End neighborhoods, and downtown. We haven’t had any issues with our unit either. We’re looking forward to another year living here. Lived here for a couple years, and the staff was very gracious and understanding when we wished to switch apartments. After new management, the maintenance requests were taken care of very swiftly and kindly. Unbeatable location... Absolutely walkable to the heart of downton or BSU direction. Quick shout out to Jay and staff- thank you for all your help!
Really close to downtown yet still have some peace and quiet. The community garden is a major plus. But my favorite part is the extra storage closet on the porch. It’s just what we needed for all our outdoor gear.
