I've struggled for years with anxiety and depression and undiagnosed PTSD (until Vicki diagnosed it!) and she's been amazing the whole time. She's kind and feels so genuine. She checks up on me in between visits if it's been a while and is very flexible with scheduling. She listens and really hears me but also challenges the things I say so that I have to think more and question my held beliefs. I plan to stay with her until she retires, though if she chooses not to retire, that's AOK with me lol.
Counseling has been an incredible resource to help me with different transitions and stressors in my life. As someone who’s moved many times and had to find new therapists, I appreciate that finding a counselor that you “click” with can be challenging.
