Beautiful place to live, friendly neighbors, and great maintenance staff. The office staff changes quite a bit and not always for the better. The owners of Lilliann Properties are always trying to find ways to make more money. Everyone that lived there for many years were forced to relocate so they could "remodel" and if they wanted to stay on the property, they had to pay up to $1000 more a month for the same type of unit they had before. We were at Spring club for about six years and are sad to be leaving. We had a great community of neighbors. The maintenance staff were always personable, friendly, and helpful. The property was always clean and well maintained, despite the constant and on going projects. My problem is with Lillian Corp, the company that owns spring club. In six years, my rent increased by $900. We were in one unit for 4 years. Everything had been renovated already except for the cabinets, which weren’t even old to begin with.
