Roberto was hired to install a closet system purchased at home depot. The closet system doesn't work the clothes do not fit he did not test it prior to leaving. When it was brought to his attention he said he would fix it but has yet to do so and it has been over a month. He was also asked to help with a door rehang he determined it needed a new door and has yet to install. He sends text messages after 9pm the day before or almost midnight last night.
