We have been staying at SpringBrook for over 10+ years we love that our entire families can rent houses and have enough space to accommodate all of our needs. Staff and grounds are pretty up to par, however the houses need major cleaning and maintenance. We leave them cleaner than when we arrive!! It's pretty sad when you need to check in a day early just b/c you want to wash all your bedding and sanitize the house!
Me and my girlfriend went for breakfast and we were told their would be a 20 min to 1/2 hour wait because how busy they were . there was 2 tables being used in the dining area maybe a total of 5 people and maybe another handful at the bar. The other groups walking out the door laughing thought the same thing. Make a better excuse next time
We arrived today. Will try to make the best of it, but the place is filthy. Will be checking the bed for pubic hair before sleeping tonight. Had to clean the toilet before we could even use it. Highly do not recommend
I cannot thank the staff for there hard work on my daughters wedding,it was without a doubt nothing but EPIC!!! thank all of you!!
As a new owner I must say that everyone made us feel welcome the bar is very friendly and good music on weekends. Great staff
First time in the Dells, and we chose Spring Brook. The staff was great, the condos we amazing!! We had a few issues with the extras in the condo... But the staff was very good about it. They were extras I can do with or without (washer/dryer and dishwasher). The grounds were well kept, and good security.
I really enjoyed myself and our house is gorgeous. I will return.
