Me gustaría mencionar los compañeros de mantenimiento, y el joven de la oficina que a pesar ellos no hablar el idioma español se esfuerzan,,, los de mantenimiento realizan su labor con calidad, rapidez, amabilidad, conocimiento y experiencia. Felicitaciones para ustedes como supervisor tienen un gran colectivo Richard, Dillon y Jim. Sean cada día mejores personas y reconozcan su trabajo.
Buen día, deseo agradecer a la compañera Daisy por la gran atención a sus clientes, con una gran generosidad, dispuesta a dar toda la información posible. Muy capacitada, además los de mantenimiento hemos presentado dificultades y ha sido resuelto todo en el mismo día Richard y su compañero creo su nombre es Dillon. Gran trabajo unidos!!!!!
We have had our ups and downs with managment and have dealt with some nosiey neighbors over the years. Overall the management does the best they can. The maintenance team is A++ for sure. They do 110% job and are always super nice and efficient time wise!
They let people continually violate the lease and take no action beside a notice that does nothing. Some of the worst management I’ve ever dealt with and communication from the property manager Daisy is weeks behind. AMP as a company needs to get things under control and do better. If you can’t properly staff people that’s one thing but it shouldnt effect the people living here. My roommates and I have lived here for 7 months now, and we love it! When we got locked out, Latrisha, the office manager, let us back in, the two maintenance guys are very kind, respectful and responsive to an issue, and neighbors are friendly and welcoming. Very nice first apartment!
