I brought my car in to have the air conditioning repaired, and every part of my experience was poor. I dropped my car off, and the service representative I handed my keys to said an Uber would pick me up so quickly I shouldn’t bother walking inside the building. It actually took me bothering the representative and an employee behind the counter 6 times and waiting 2 hours for an Uber to show up.
