Today's doctor was luis uresti and he is the worst doctor I have ever seen in my 55 years of life. I am having trouble to breathe and after a very rushed conversation he told me he had many patients waiting for him and I had to many problems, to go to a hospital. I asked him for a nebulizer prescription and he said I needed a specialist. He left the room and I was in shock, I felt humiliated, unimportant and the reason of my visit unresolved. I came to an appointment, but my primary doctor wasnt available for this day. A doctor name Luis uresti, wasnt the great doctor to recommend. He basically didnt take the time to lisen to the patient and solve the concerns.
I've been going to Spring Branch for about 7 years now and I have had some of the best care of anywhere of ever been before and I've lived in 5 states so that's saying something. The previous doctors I've had with them have been awesome and the doctor I have now ( Dr. Isaac's ) he is wonderful, he takes his time and he just simply listens and most these days don't you may get 2 to 3 minutes of their time so if you want good service awesome doctors and friendly staff come to Spring Branch Community health center.
