I lived here in two bedroom apt for three years and Ella & James ( who passed away in 2018) were so kind and treated me like family They property was always kept up and the Chase’s didn’t allow any craziness wild parties but that was great with me. It’s in a country setting but very close to Swansboro (like 5 miles) & New Bern ( 25 min drive ) & beaches are about 30 Min drive. Highly recommend these apartments
Ella who is the landlord keeps the deposit money($450) honks at any time she pleases and she also tries to control who you bring over. She comes across as genuine when you first meet her until you realize she gives every potential tenant the same sob story followed by compliments. A few more things happened but she was hard to deal with, she isn’t professional. I would not recommend to anyone in any situation.
