Landlord said we were approved and once my prier lease at another place ran out and left homeless then day of move in with 3 year old told me single mom with 1 kid my income was to high work mesly hours at a hotel
Be warned, Spring Brae Apts. is owned and operated by nothing more than glorified slumlords, a lazy, incompetent manager and only 1 maintenance person who does as little as possible. The grounds are always a mess and the repairs to properly maintain the apartments are neglected beyond belief. The manager misled me into believing that damages left by the former tenant would be taken care of by using the security deposit, but later told me the repairs wouldn't be approved and provided only a vague excuse about "aesthetics".The... read more
