As like most people, we struggled with the needed decision to move our beloved granny out of her home. We visited many facilities, eventually deciding on Spring Arbor. The residents and staff welcomed her with open arms and have cared for her every need with kindness, professionalism and dignity. the staff has communicated with us consistently about any changes or concerned, and even more so now with the Coronavirus. They have given Dad B. a very warm welcome. Everyone we've encountered has been kind, thoughtful, and attentive. The staff, activities, maintenance, food, and surroundings are all wonderful. So happy we chose Spring Arbor for Dad B.

Truly let me down. � Every week, the faces of the caregivers changed. Mom was eventually kicked to the curb because she eventually required assistance to stand. Visual image is all that and a bag of chips, but unfortunately, that's not what elders need.
