I thank God every day for this place. My mother is in the best possible hands. You truly love and care for your residents, and it shows. The facility is clean and inviting. Cozy and filled with love. Your staff is friendly and professional. And you know how to work with your residents. My mother's spirit has been rejuvenated and my family and I are truly thankful. We love you all so much.

Hire new ED... one who actually CARES about residents!
RecommendedI worked for Spring Arbor and loved it! Left due 2 personal reasons! I know when new ED came into office, she came into her new position blindfolded behind an Ex ED that left that company a complete mess!! Shes doing the best she can and as time goes on she will be Wonderful (which she is already) at her new position! As for the other post it comes from an angry x employee! I do know ppl that work there still and they as well as the higher ups do an Outstanding job & care for the residents as if they were their own family!! ... read more
