Can't say enough positive about Spring Arbor of Fredericksburg. My Dad chose Spring Arbor to be his new home 3 months ago. He moved from his home in S.C. into a lovely apartment that fits his every need. The staff- all of them, from Administration to nurse and med-techs to housekeeping, dining room and laundry staff have all helped ease the transition of moving late in life. My Dad recently said, "I am happy and content." Those words say it all.
My mother lived at Spring Arbor from 10/15/24 to 1/18/25, when my family moved her out due to fear for her safety. She was dropped by an aide twice in the first four days of her stay. The second fall resulted in two fractures in her back. She never recovered and died in March 2025. Spring Arbor accepted no responsibility for injuring her and did not cover her medical bills. Our family is forever grateful to the management and staff at Spring Arbor for the compassionate care provided to both of my in-laws, even during some challenging health issues. This team went the extra mile, multiple times, to make sure we had options to provide the best care possible for our loved ones. I would not hesitate to recommend Spring Arbor and this staff to anyone who asked.
My dad has been living there for 5 months and everyone is absolutely fabulous. Every challenge is met with so much courtesy and respect and they're really good at communicating with my siblings and I.
We are super pleased with Spring Arbor of Fredericksburg. We visited on a Saturday by that Thursday we signed the lease and Friday my Dad and his wife were moved in. The Staff have been amazing to work with. When I go visit my Dad and his wife I feel like I have known them a lot longer than 6 months. They are very well taken care of.
