RecommendedEverything! The staff is so caring and compassionate. The facility is kept neat and clean. Meals are diverse and appeal to everyone. They keep the residents challenged with fun activities! I can’t say enough good things about SA Cottage. I was so fortunate to find them.
I searched for.months for a memory care assisted living facility for my Uncle. I was told all were bad places, scary, he wouldn't be happy. i have to say, Soring Arbor has been awesome! My uncle has actually been happier here than he was at home with full time care. we took him here at a time when my wife was starting to be ill. Spring Arbor has been a real blessing to him and my family.
The med Techs need to be trained in at least first aid. They have no knowledge of how to deal with any thing other than patients who sleep or are not competent to do anything. They DO NOT know how to take care of a patient with diabetes.
Spring Arbor Cottage of Richmond has been an absolute lifesaver for my family and me. The staff was warm, helpful, welcoming, and accommodating during one of the most difficult transitions of our lives. While I hoped my dad would survive his transition into memory care I didn't dare hope for much more than that. To my shock and delight he has made friends with residents and staff.
