I lived in these apartments with three other roommates for just under 3 years. And I gotta say the old manager was more approachable and a hard worker, but since change in management it feels like a lot of issues are pushed to the side and bottom of the to do list in favor of making the grounds outside more pretty and such. My experience of this place at first were pleasant. You could tell the manager I signed under was doing his best at repairs and working with what he had. The new manager is barely present, hires random people who quit a few days later and leave jobs unfinished, and parades around as if he knows what he’s doing. It is obvious that he was given the position either by a family member or a friend because he is always “never finding the time” to handle things that need done and cannot manage anything properly.
