My experience of this place at first were pleasant. You could tell the manager I signed under was doing his best at repairs and working with what he had. The new manager is barely present, hires random people who quit a few days later and leave jobs unfinished, and parades around as if he knows what he’s doing. Good
They call it SpringCrack apartments for a reason. Nothing but drug dealers and alcoholics live here. It’s a ghetto, I’d be embarrassed to own such a piece of property what a laughing stock. And the owner wants us to pay 2 months up front just for a deposit? The guy is as hilarious as the property he owns.
