Horrible Ownership Pathetic Ownership. This complex is owned by a senile old man, who still lives in 1963 in his mind. Oh, and when you decide to move out of this GHETTO, you can forget getting your SECURITY DEPOSIT back. They will make up reasons not to Refund your Deposit, even though you left your Apartment CLEANER than it was when you moved in. Worst decision I ever made was moving to this place.
Worst Management Ever This is a beautiful area on this side of Hoover, Al. The apartment Manger is Becky. I would just like to express and extend my gratitude on the hospitality that Ms. Becky has, which is none at all. Sad to say this woman has no feelings or remorse for people when it comes to the nasty RACIST comments she has said. Please beware of the act that she puts on for others as well as future residents.
