It was a reasonable time for the thorough check and cleaning they did on my A/C system and the maintenance. Service was generally professional and covered all the required topics as expected.
It took a couple hours to install the AC which seemed about right for the work but I do wish there had been better communication on how to manage the new system.
Absolutely fantastic service! The staff was professional, courteous, and made me feel valued from start to finish.
