The area is good but the office management is sucks they just answer what you ask not gonna helping you, they gotta know how actually customer skills it’s not answering the question have to fixe the actual problem.
So far this place is not it! I just moved in and already having issues with spiders, SPIDERS AND MORE SPIDERS! I’m pregnant and soon to have my baby any day now and they put me in a place where there are constant spiders. I swear if my baby is bit by a spider I am going to lose my mind and I will be getting a lawyer because before I moved in the girl hazel showing me the apartment told me “let us know if you have an issue with spiders” as if she knew this apartment was infested with them! Residents are a little loud. Parking after 7pm is terrible. People like to host parties in their apartments. And worst of all, there is dog poop everywhere! the webiste is misleading because they say they only allow cats and service animals. but apparently everyone on this property owns a service animal. there are dogs everywhere ! residents do NOT clean up after their animals and it is completely disgusting and unsanitary. there is animal feces on the walk ways, parking lot, sidewalks, patios, its everywhere ! dont rent her... read more
