So disappointed with level of service. Great relationship with Louise Perrin for over 20 years. Then since she retired, three separate incidents of no one getting back to me. Their moniker of “personal dedicated service” no longer exists. We are moving on.
Very poor customer service, wrong information given to insurance company resulting in coverage denial. I was with them for over 15 years but since my original broker retired, I am not happy with the service at all.
We were provided falsified documents showing insurance coverage that we never actually received. When we discovered the issue once our documents arrived in the mail it was brushed off as a simple mistake, and claimed they did nothing wrong. We were also told a leased vehicle couldn’t be added to our policy, so we didn’t drive it. Later, they said it was covered and tried to charge us retroactively.
