Management really needs to get involved here. My daughter and I came in at 2 p.m. Finally, the 3rd person who walked by acknowledged us. There were maybe 5 tables occupied yet we had to wait for a table to be cleaned off in order to be seated. There were lots of servers grouped together chitchatting but many tables were piled with dirty dishes. We were led to a booth. There was a piece of Cole slaw on the seat. What says Wisconsin more than the “Beer Pub Brats”? Nothing. Two beer-boiled brats, finished on the grill, with Bavarian sauerkraut, onions, bacon, beer mustard, and all on Pretzel Buns. With a mug full of Sprecher, to wash it all down. Now that’s Wisconsin!! Good service & great food, all on a perfect summer afternoon. Thank you!
The chicken lettuce wraps were delicious! I had a great cocktail, cheap sunglasses. Was supposed to come with actual sunglasses but they apparently were out. Bummer on that but our waiter Anthony was great!
I work extremely close to Sprecher and i'm here almost every week - obsessive, i know. The service every single time i come for my take out meal is fantastic. they take amazing care of me each time. ALSO - you must try their french onion soup. It's to die for!!!
