We were able to schedule with Dr. Sprecher within a month of our call for a psychological evaluation. She went well beyond what our insurance allowed at no extra expense to us. Our follow-up was within one month of the initial appointment and testing. We received our report the next day. It would have taken us six months to get in with another psychologist who wanted to charge us $3500 upfront for an evaluation. Dr. Sprecher and her staff are very professional and care about their patients. I would highly recommend them.
She called us a few days later to see if we had any questions about the test results.

Waited months for an appointment which was in fall 2022, still haven’t received results. Paid $1000 out of pocket for nothing. I can’t get treatment or medications without a diagnosis.
Down to earth and practical. Although our insurance had limitations as to what they would pay for, Dr. Sprecher went well beyond what she had to do and administered additional measures until we had answers.
I understand that Dr. Sprecher has been out of the office temporality on leave but she and her staff made sure we had the information we needed. We were able to get our report the same day that we reviewed the results.
Office environment was mediocre. They are horrible about answering the phone and returning calls after leaving a voicemail. Getting your report after testing will take MONTHS.
We were able to get the answers we needed from the evaluation. Office staff was warm and courteous. Thank you for a positive experience !
