I called Spread Eagle Realty regarding a property they listed online. When I called the gentleman told me that he was not available that day which was a Thursday. I told him I could meet him Monday to see the property. He said he was really not interested in selling that property. It was a foreclosure. I asked why it was posted on his site and he said it must have been a mistake. It looks like bait and switch. They reely ou in and then try to sell you more expensive properties.
