SFS lead me to believe I was working towards replacing a tool that failed in less than 30 days after purchase. After me having to hound them to get an answer (7 days later), they informed me to contact the manufacturer. I understand the policy, I am disappointed they lead me to believe they would help for a week. It cost me a week worth of productivity and their response is Sorry!
