Horrible customer service. Waited and couldn't get help. They weren't even busy. Took my business out of town. This isn't the first time this has happened either. I like to buy local, but will not for my firearms.

Thank You! – went with my son last Saturday when he finally purchased his first new gun---a new Ruger .380 that was on sale he says he wished he would have purchased sooner good price--good service with Chad--he says he should have purchased me one he went right to the indoor range and enjoyed it thanks

Great shop! – Great shop! I have been in gun shops in many parts of Arizona, and Sprague's is the best one that I have seen. There is a gunsmith on the staff, a shooting range, and a huge variety of weapons. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help. Check out the mounts that they have from all over the world.

Thank you for the professional and personal attention you gave to not only me, but all the customers I watched you take care of while I was there yesterday. You don't often see employees, or the owner, taking care of the customers as much as you and your team. It makes a huge difference.
