Rude is an understatement. Keep scrolling, don't bother.
Excellent & Friendly customer service! We just ran out of oil on a 15 degree day & Harry came immediately and filled our tank! We are new customers & will definitely be using Sprague’s for our home oil heating from now on!!
If you have any kind of trouble at all, expect zero help from these people. The woman who answers the phone has no concept of good customer service or human compassion. Zero stars if I could!
