Sue and staff conduct themselves very professionally and are most friendly to everyone who comes into the office. They are all julian residents and they seem to know just about everyone in the community and all that goes on in town. I rely on their services completely, buy, sell and rent my house.
She is the best there is in Julian. Why? Because she's not in it solely for the profit! She actually cares about you and aiding and assisting you in a way that I've never had a Realtor help me before (or since!) Extremely knowledgeable because she's been in the place long enough to know stuff that ya just can't find online-it's in her memory banks, treat her right because if she finds you worthy, she will share it with you she is better than gold!
